The CODC Alcohol & Drug Policy & Procedures has been established to provide a formal process to assist employees in dealing with substances that can negatively impact or interfere with their work performance
BETTER SUPERVISION
A series of courses for new and existing leaders in the INDUSTRIAL SECTOR designed to provide hands-on, practical information and opportunities to practice new/enhanced skills.
SAFETY CONSTRUCTION ORIENTATION TRAINING (SCOT)
Invididuals are trained in the basics of construction safety. This performance-based program requires 100% mastery of 13 modules. It's easy to use, easy to understand and accessible.
CONTRACTOR INDIGENOUS AWARENESS TRAINING
Indigenous peoples are playing a greater role in the workforce and will continue to do so. This half-day session will provide attendees with knowledge of Indigenous Awareness.
